WHAT IS THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS?

We are offering one-of-a-kind and custom-built pieces of furniture and lighting fixtures that reflect the early western camps of the west, and in addition carry a selection of collectable western antiques that accent the furniture and your home. These art pieces range from bronzes to pre-1920 cowboy and native art.

WHAT KIND OF WOOD DO YOU USE MOSTLY?

Cedar is the most common wood used and displays very well when oiled. Fir, pine, and birch also get involved depending on the nature of the piece. On chairs cedar does not stand up to a lot of abuse from children or excessive weigh demands but can be supported and tweeked to fulfill most needs. In all other uses though, it works very well and offers a wide range of designs.

WHAT DO YOU NORMALLY HAVE ON HAND?

Good question, as I never know. There is always a few examples that are on display and as new wood and antler stock comes into the inventory, new ideas are always being transformed into finished works. We are always on the lookout for new accessory items for the shop to add that fishing touch to a room. Please feel free to call and inquire.
